Your visits are confidential.  That means you can talk to us in private about your health.  In California, you can also talk to us in private about the following without your parents' consent:
  • abortion
  • birth control
  • pregnancy
  • STIs (sexually transmitted infections)*
  • HIV testing*
  • mental health issues*
  • alcohol and drugs*
  • rape*
  • sexual assault

*if you are at least 12 years old


HOWEVER, if you are in danger of harm to yourself or others OR if you have experienced incest or child abuse, then we need to contact someone who can help you.
